Check your balance and transfer limits

QR-code payment isn’t working
Check your internet connection
Allow the bank app to access the camera
Make sure the QR code is fully scanned
Update the bank app to the latest version
Retry the payment or use a card
The bank you need isn’t in the list
Check whether the bank is connected to SBP
Update the bank app to the latest version
Make sure SBP is activated in the bank’s settings
Check the «Faster Payments System» section in the app
Contact the bank’s support to enable SBP

Wait — the transfer may take up to a few minutes
