Can I schedule a release?

Yes. Choose “Scheduled” and set the time — the release goes out on its own.

How do I show a release to the team before it is out?

Save a draft and a preview link appears. It works for 7 days, and the page behind it is hidden from search engines.

How do I put the banner on my site?

Open “Widgets” in the page settings, copy the code and paste it before the closing </body> tag. Later edits to the banner apply on their own — no need to update the code.

Do we need to pay more for more participants?

We don’t charge per seat: you pay for a plan, not for each team member. Every plan has its own cap on team members — once your team outgrows it, you move up to a higher plan.

Do we need to pay more for more alert subscribers?

We don’t charge per subscriber and we don’t meter the alerts we send. Every plan has its own cap on the number of subscribers.
