Using Calendar Subscriptions
Subscribed calendars are a great way to get information about incidents and scheduled maintenance of services.
Adding an iCloud calendar subscription on a Mac computer- In the Calendar app
select File > New Calendar Subscription. - Enter the calendar web address and click the Subscribe button.
- Enter a calendar name and choose a calendar color.
- In the Location menu, select iCloud, then click the OK button.
- Click the Auto-refresh drop-down menu and choose how often to update the calendar.
- Go to Settings > Calendar > Accounts > Add Account > Other.
- Tap Add Subscribed Calendar.
- Enter the calendar web address you want to subscribe to, and any other required server information.
Follow the instructions for Google Calendar using a computer.
For Outlook.com- Open Google Calendar on your phone.
- Open the menu and go to Settings.
- Scroll to the calendar email where you added the new iCal feed.
- Tap Show more.
- Tap the name of your new calendar.
- Turn on the Sync option.
- You can also change notifications for this calendar on this screen.
- Sign in to https://outlook.com.
- At the bottom of the page, select the calendar icon.
- In the navigation pane, select Import calendar.
- Under Import calendar, choose From internet.
- Paste the calendar web address in the Calendar link field.
- Select Import.
