Once releases are flowing, three things make the page work harder: tags that let readers filter, an announcement banner that brings visitors from your own site, and analytics that show what they read. Writing and publishing releases is covered in
.
Tags label each release on the page —
New,
Improved,
Fixed — and let readers filter the list. They can be created on the spot from the release form; the
Tags
tab is where the set is managed. Click
Add Tag
or open an existing one:
- Tag Name and Tag Description.
- Style — the colour of the label on the page.
- Show in header — the tag appears as a filter in the release page header.
- Archived Tag — archived tags are excluded from suggestions when tagging a release.
Tick several rows to delete tags at once.

Widgets
you can set up a banner for your own website that points visitors to the release page. Turn on
Enable banner, then set the
Banner text, the
Button text, the
Background color and the
Text color — the preview updates as you type.
The
Analytics
tab shows, for the chosen period:
- Views, Unique visitors, Reactions, Subscribes and Emails sent — totals and a per‑day chart for the selected metric.
- Top referrers and Countries — where readers come from.
- Subscribers — every confirmed subscriber at the end of the period, plus how many were added each day.
- Releases — views per release with a trend, so you can see which notes land.
Figures are updated hourly and days are bucketed in UTC, so today can still change slightly.
