Private Page

There are two types of pages in the system:
  • Public
    — accessible to all users without authorization.
  • Private
    — accessible only to specific users after authorization.

Setting the Page Type
To set the page type, go to your status page at , select your status page, then go to
Settings
Page Type
. Choose the desired page type:
Public
or
Private
.

Adding Users to a Private Page
  • Click the
    Add User
    button.
  • Fill in the required fields: email address, user name.
  • Set a password for the user to access the private page.
  • Save the changes.
  • The user will now be able to log in and access the page.

Managing Users
  • In the user list, you can delete, edit, or change a user`s password.
  • This allows you to manage access to the private page after it has been created.

Page Authorization
  • If a user is not authorized or does not have access, they will see an authorization prompt.
  • The user enters their login and password that were set when added.
  • After successful authorization, the user will be able to view the private page content.
